If this is not present, you can add it by inserting a text box as described in the step above.Ĭlick the “File” tab and select “Save As.” Type a file name for the card, navigate to the location on your computer where you would like to store it and click the “Save” button. Some templates have a personalization area near the bottom where you can type “This card was made by” and your company name, as well as your address, website, phone number and other contact information. Drag the mouse to form the text box, then type inside of it.Ĭheck the back of the card. To add additional text to the card, click the “Draw Text Box” button on the “Insert” tab. Repeat this for the text on the inside of the card, where you may want to type a holiday message, birthday note or corporate announcement. Enter your own text, such as “Greetings from” and your company name. Highlight the placeholder text on the front of the card. Type a term into the search box, scroll through the results and click an image or images to add to the card. To add images from Word’s clip art collection to match the card’s theme, click the “Clip Art” button. This is also the way you would add your corporate logo, such as for the inside of the card.
